All the Important Details

Your greeting price includes a complete phrase and all the fluff: balloons and stars, age, punctuation, and two large graphic images.  

Kentucky state sales tax of 6% will be added to all invoices.

Standard Greetings (up to 25 letters) $75

Greetings over 26 letters $85

Additional Graphics $10

Additional nights are $25 per night

Same-day orders may incur a $10  fee

Major holidays, please add $10

 You can expect ​delivery and set up of your yard greeting anytime between 5:00-10:00  the evening before your event/celebration in most cases.  

MMM will pick up the evening of your event after or the morning after.   

Delivery and pick up included with price.

 You will receive an invoice by email.  We have provided you with three ways to pay:

1. Paypal

2. Venmo

3. Cash 

Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking.

By Placing an order/booking, you agree to all the details/information listed on this page.

 We may be unable to deliver a greeting during severe, hazardous weather conditions.  If this occurs, we will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued.   

 Payment is required at booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation.  

For the safety of everyone, please do not play on/around the greeting. Please do not remove/move any signs, including our advertising sign.  Please do not dispose of any signs.  Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed. If negligent damage occurs to any signs (dogs, moving, weed eaters, etc.), you may be invoiced for replacements.  If cleaning is required due to lawn clippings from mowing or weed-eating, there will be a $25 charge.

MadCity Mega Messages and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.  

If you must cancel your booking, you may choose to receive 1/2 of the booking fee as a refund, or you may credit the full fee toward a future booking.  

Refunds will not be given if: we are given the incorrect delivery address; ​the recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove the greeting; if we are denied access to a gated community; if animals prevent us from delivery or if any circumstance that prevents us from delivery that is out of our control.

 A $25 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, and re-setup a greeting at the correct address.  This also applies if we are unable to gain access to your property and must return at a later time/day to install.
